Tools for automated schedule recommendations?

I'm looking for a tool to help schedule groups together automatically and want this tool to help me do two things:
  1. Identify when someone is available in their calendar given specific criteria (ex: I want to choose a specific day of the week)
  2. Send the recommended dates and times to me and/or that person so we can pick the best one.
I'm convinced this tool is likely two different tools, not an all-in-one solution, but would love recommendations on how you would go about this and what tools you use to do either or both of these things without it being time-consuming!

In Microsoft 365 they have a tool called Find Time https://findtime.microsoft.com/ that can do most of this but I think you guys are using the G-Suite.  Here's a comparison article from Calendly that might help https://calendly.com/blog/calendly-vs-doodle

Oooo been a while since I used Doodle, that may be the solution to get at least part of it! I'm worried I'm asking for the perfect solution that doesn't exist but this seems like the right direction to explore Eric Rieger . thank you!

@ Connor DeLaney When you say "automatically" you might want something even more clever, and maybe to work in a different way, but from what you've said, could this work? I've used MixMax consistently since 2016 and those requirements that you're after I think they do.... you can learn more on their site, and if it was of interest you can try it out via my link here that I use with my clients, but obviously you don't have to use that link Connor.

I've looked around for you and I think this documentation page will be of help where it explains their Group Scheduling Poll feature. They also have other nice scheduling features to share availability, as well as other scheduling features.
 
Maybe this isn't what you're after, but hopefully it helps in some way.

Hmmm I haven't heard of this tool  Mark Reynolds  but it seems like it does a lot of what I'm looking for! Definitely going to dig in more. Where'd you here of it, all those years back??

Great news Connor. Good luck. I think it was when I was searching for services that helped you create and organise email templates, which was a rarity back then and Gmail was poor at this kind of thing (still not great)!

Funny how that happens. You can find so many great tools when you're not looking for them directly then never find it when you're actually searching haha. Seem like some SEO work to do ;)
