When there's a lot to do, do the hardest thing first
But I fall metaphorically way more often than I fall literally. Okay, somewhat more often.
Sometimes when I work really hard on a campaign, optimizing copy and tweaking button text for days (or weeks), it can be really hard to see it totally flop.
It always makes me feel a little better to commiserate with others who understand before I pick myself back up and try again.
So, tell me your stories. When have you totally failed, flopped, missed the mark, etc. with your digital sales and marketing and what did you learn? How did you pick yourself back up? Help a girl out.

Goodbye Google Optimize!Post
Google has announced that it is sunsetting its A/B testing platform, Google Optimize (and Optimize 360) on September 30, 2023. Google said the platform "does not have many of the features and services that our customers request and need for experimentation testing."Many digital marketers have invested a lot of time learning to use this tool, and its integration with GA and intuitive interface made it a solid A/B testing tool for conversion rate optimization. Though several marketers on Twitter are clearly bummed out by the announcement, it wasn't all bad news for Google Analytics users. One of the most interesting takeaways from the announcement is that Google is investing in A/B testing in Google Analytics 4, which could present some interesting opportunities in that platform. How are you feeling about this announcement? Are you optimistic about the pending GA4 A/B testing functionality or just upset at Google for sunsetting yet another frequently used marketing tool?

Martin Bredl I would say, every sales team doing virtual meetings NEEDS a tool like Gong. I personally use Chorus, but the ability to auto-record calls, transcribe the calls, see analytics of the call, and determine what one can do better is ESSENTIAL for a sales rep to thrive and grow. For myself personally, I have had a feeling at the end of a call and then went back to watch it and had a completely different perspective after the review. This tool makes sales teams better if they are willing to review their own work and share it with others

You know the saying, "75% of success is just showing up" ... usually attributed to Woody Allen I think. I really believe that's true.
So good on you for putting in such a great effort! You're in the sandpit playing hard, and when you think about it, all of life is unpredictable. We never know the outcome and we're going to be surprised... it would be boring if it always went the way we expected.
By the way, just finished listening to your course, and it was fantastic. I can see you're great at what you do.
I'm the sort of person who when I'm being creative, I don't judge, I just nudge it all in the direction I want it to go. Hahaha. I'm going to attribute that last quote to me...
"Don't judge, just nudge (in a different direction)."
