At IMPACT, we use a quarterly theme to get everyone excited to help hit our big goal for the next 3 months. This quarter, inspired by the great Ted Lasso, our theme is "believe." 
 
We have to work hard and stick together as a team but most importantly we have to believe we can do it.

I personally am printing out Ted's "believe" sign and putting it right above my computer in my office as a constant reminder to believe!
