Hi everyone,I shared this question already with my fellow TAYA coaches:There’s a lot of talk in the community that lead nurturing is no longer working and the traditional (inbound) funnel is more or less dead.What's your take on this?Do you still nurture leads through the funnel and qualify them? Or do you receive enough “handraiser” contact requests so that’s no longer necessary for you?
Can someone at Impact please share what you charges for the different levels of TAYA Mastery? Eg. I am aware there are 3 x plans: Fast, Faster & Ludicrous mode (lol couldn’t help myself) And also, you have a plan for small businesses too, right? This will give me a benchmark to help me figure out my own offerings in Australia, cheers!

In our February agency leaders virtual peer group next week, we are going to be discussing how we go about documenting processes as we grow our organizations. What processes are super important for agencies as we grow?Here are a few that come to mind:

I hear a lot of owners talk about this topic, but I know so often people fall into the trap of "they give me headaches, get rid of them" A.K.A. being too trigger happy.My question is, what steps do you go through BEFORE deciding to fire a client? What conversations, tactics, or solutions do you have for ensuring everything is done to give that client a chance before firing them? Also, what does that timeline look like?
This topic came up on our last agency peer group call about how to make sure each person in the company is has clear roles and responsibilities - including the Agency Owner - I highly recommend getting the book Traction by Gino Wickman and using the EOS methodology to help achieve your personal and professional goals.
