Respected. You can't lead a business well and aim to be liked. Giving everyone the afternoon off and doubling their pay doesn't make sense for the business but you'd be well liked!
Hey folks :)

What I am curious about with this question is: Do we really know what to look out for? Are we aware enough to spot burnout (in others, and ourselves)? Do we know what to do about it and how to help? How do my own behaviours affect others (Am I 'accidentally' encouraging burnout?) What's your experience? What area do you need more help in?

Our team published this article just over a week ago and I've been hearing a lot of great feedback from agency owners and team members alike who are taking this insight and applying it right away.

Number 5 stands out in particular: Celebrate successes and small wins.

The keyword for me in that section is momentum. We're playing the long game with inbound sales and marketing and you need to recognize as many opportunities as possible to celebrate that you're doing the right work and seeing the results, even if they're not as magnificent as we want just yet.

Great article. We all have a desire to promise huge success to prospects - indeed a recent client has even filled in the goals: going from 10 leads a month to 10 a DAY! This part of it is quite tricky but our initial goal is to make sure there is a positive ROI on using our services. After that things become less tense. Agree that there should be more celebrating small wins along the way. 

Our Wordpress site was sitting nicely in the 90+ speed rating on Google but since installing Hubspot it has slowed down to a score around 18/100. I know this is a common issue but nobody seems to have a solution. We are in touch with Hubspot about it but wondered if anyone else had this issue ? See More

Nick Burrage  Here's one from rather a long time ago in my TAYA journey so will very soon be gone ! Still it has delivered leads. 
I know this wasn't a "typical summer" but I'm curious to see how many leaders we have in here that took some time off this summer.
