I am a multi-passionate creative who loves storytelling and community building. Whether I'm researching new ways to support mental health, developing new music initiatives for communities in need, or working on the book I one day hope to publish, the heart that fuels all of my work is connection.

In my current role as a Content Manager, I use my writing skills to support KMA Therapy in becoming an educational leader in mental health and therapy.

My organization, Musicians Found, was chosen as a 2021 Aerie Changemakers winner and featured in Forbes magazine. Our Music Box Initiative is donating $10000 in instruments to older adults in Ontario, and our Musicians Featured Blog deeply connects audiences with musicians we love.
