I just finished Atomic Habits by James Clear and that book was mind-blowing. It's crazy to read something that literally teaches you how to rewire your brain. Honestly, it's one of my favorite books that I've read this year. 

Next on the list: Just Work by Kim Scott. I know a bunch of my IMPACT peeps just finished it and loved it so I'm looking forward to that one.
