Why is this important? Well, here are a couple of reasons why this could be helpful:

You are moving from another CRM into HubSpot
- In the past, when you would migrate over to HubSpot, if you were relying on the import tool, you were limited to just being able to import contact, company, deal, or other object data. However, you would miss out on sales activity data like notes in company records, meetings logged, etc. Now, you can import that activity from one CRM into HubSpot

Your team wants to import a bunch of activity they logged outside of HubSpot
- Yes, it is possible that there are still people on the team not logging everything into HubSpot right away. Sticky notes are still a thing (unfortunately). This feature lets your bulk upload activity into your portal.

Hey HubSpotters, As Kyle Jepson says, "it's the little things, right?"If you've got a lot of workflows to manage, you're gonna want to opt into this beta for PRO subscribers and higher. Folders and SubfoldersFolders and subfolders have a new Folders tab on the right side of your workflow list. Simply drag and drop your workflows in and out of the appropriate folder. Workflow ViewsGroup specific workflows together that match a specific filter you've set up. These custom views can also be shared with other teams (or simply keep them to yourself). Go to your account menu, click "Product Updates" then under Early Access, select Betas. As of today, this public beta is at the top of the list. ChatSpot Gets A Makeover.Post
Hey HubSpotters, If the initial excitement of ChatSpot.ai has dissipated and you haven't logged in recently - this week is the week to log in and explore. Don't worry, you aren't lost, ChatSpot got a UX makeover and it is easier to navigate, segment, and save your favorite prompts. I especially like the suggested prompts, as it save you time and brainpower when trying to devise the most successful prompt. Also included in this update are better company funding insights, powered by public data. This saves you time when doing market research, customer research, and prospecting. Solved! Book Meetings on Behalf of Other UsersPost
Hey HubSpotters, This public beta is BIG for sales teams. Finally, HubSpot has solved the challenge where BDRs/SDRs need to book meetings for AEs - essentially, allowing someone else to book a meeting for you. SET IT UP: Users must be in a Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise portal. Users must also have a paid seat for this feature. Users must have a connected calendar. The "Calendar Sync" setting must be enabled.Go to Settings > General > Calendar From the contact record, click "schedule a meeting" - there is now a "host" field that defaults to the current person BUT can now be changed via the dropdown. NOTE: Organizers are not added as attendees. If you are not hosting, but still want to attend, be sure to add yourself via the Attendees dropdown with any other folks who need to attend. What about reports?To get a report on this - run a meeting activities report using "created by" and "assigned to" filters. Enjoy this public beta and have a great week!

Minor ChatSpot Updates with Major IMPACTPost
Hey HubSpotters, HubSpot is all in when it comes to ChatSpot and it seems Dharmesh and his team are providing weekly updates to the changes they have made. This week, keyword research just got a little easier with the prompt: "show me keywords that HubSpot.com ranks for".Because the prompt doesn't include either Paid or Organic, ChatSpot would have previously shown an error. NOW, ChatSpot will show you both organic and paid within one table, making it much easier to do industry research and get the results you need.A few other improvements that are highlighted this week: Improved UI for text wrapping: Now, our text editor is more responsive, making it easier to read and edit longer prompts such as tweets or blog posts. Enhanced email campaign performance analysis: We've added unique opens, open rate as a percentage, and click-through rate as a percentage to provide you with more impactful data. New parameter guidance: To reduce errors and make it even easier for you to get the data you need, we've added a parameters modal for specifying inputs in suggested prompts. AI development is moving at lightning speed, with new tools and advancements coming out everyday. Thankfully, HubSpot has provided a single place to get the latest improvements to ChatSpot.
