We've been working on a refresh of our website for a while, and after
Brian Casey
's excellent throwdown of the site on Monday, I tweaked some things to apply his suggestions.
Stephanie Baiocchi
mentioned posting here when we had something to show. I would love feedback from anyone and everyone. I'm really trying to incorporate both TAYA and Storybrand into this update. Hopefully, this displays okay for you. It's basically a big jpeg image for each page:

TIA for your feedback!

I love that you're viewing this as an ongoing project. That's exactly how web projects should be thought of.
That having been said, my biggest piece of advice is to land on what you believe is the best version and test it out for at least a couple of months and track certain key metrics to see if the page is driving more traffic and converting better. Off the top of my mind - bounce rate, organic visitors, homepage total number of organic keywords in the top 100, time on page, CTA views, CTA clicks.
Pick a time period of at least 2 weeks or so and track those metrics and compare it to the historical benchmarks for those same metrics.
In terms of recommendations - don't steer away from having a direct CTA in your hero section (in addition to that transitional CTA you're showing)
In that next section (where you show your solutions), the only CTA in the section shows "choose your location", but there aren't CTAs to go to those solution inner pages (where they can learn more about each service). I'd add those CTAs under each services.
The CTA in the next section seems to be floating in between the left and right columns. It probably looks best right under the left column that has the rest of the copy.
In the next section (the 4 simple steps), the primary CTA should be your direct CTA. A learning center CTA here might actually be more confusing than helpful - mainly because in this section you're looking to capitalize on someone who's interested in learning what it's like to work with you. Therefore the CTA should be singularly focused there.
