Hey Impact,

Do you or anyone else have a simple TAYA video planner?

Something similar to the TAYA content plan? Or should we use the same?

My reasoning is that we need to make sure we plan the video content and make sure that it's relevant to the audience.

Thanks!
Daryl M.

Daryl Michel  what a great question! For context, are you looking for a tool to use for planning, more strategic guidance, or both?

Lindsey Auten   A tool to use for planning  - very similar or something along the lines of the content planner that is used by an SME to draft the content prior to writing. Something like that with a series of questions to make sure that we capture the real purpose of the video. Whilst we are keen to get off the ground on video, I feel a tendency to just do them (nothing wrong with that) and we migh miss the opportunity to take spend 10-30 minutes and really make the video worth it. Some might say its not worth it for a short video, but I still believe if you're going to do it, do it well! 😄
Thanks for your help!

Daryl Michel I have this auidence planning worksheet that could be helpful for this. It corresponds with this recording in IM+, so I'd recommend they watch the recording before filling out the worksheet for the first time.

Hi  Daryl Michel ! I'm the Marketing Manager with J Designs Pool and Spa and I use Asana to maintain our content home base, editorial & video home bases, and video & written content calendars as separate projects all in one place - with actionable tasks and progress updates for team-wide visibility and review the home bases every Friday in our Revenue Team Meeting adding priorities to indicate which topics/articles/videos to prioritize for sales enablement content.
Let me know if you have any questions or would like to see any examples, I hope this helps! ◡̈

Dani Escudero that's awesome, thank you so much for that idea. We are using Microsoft Planner at the moment integrated with MS Teams, but both I and the team are feeling a bit frustrated with the lack of flexibility.

We face the same challenges with written and video content, also social media.

We definitely need to include this in the Revenue meeting review!

I would love to see some examples of how you've set it up.
