Love the concept of this - an IMPACT+ book club. I haven't checked out "Think Do Say" yet but it's now on my reading list after DSMW Keynote Day and I'll have to try to catch up by the time that Zoom comes around!
Awesome book! Even better screenshot :) Biggest takeaway for me was the significance of a strong brand belief or corporate purpose. I loved the REI example: "we believe a life lived outside is a life well-lived." And how that belief shows up in everything they think, do, and say. There's even a formula for this! When you define your corporate purpose, you should be able to say "we believe this, so we do this."
