Hey Everyone,

Anyone have an email validator they like? Need to test about 1,300 emails.

Thank you!

Stephanie Baiocchi or  Nick Bennett  what are the tools that we use for email validation? Names are escaping me... Kick-something?
Stephanie Baiocchi
yes!  Alyssa O'Mara  i definitely recommend Kickbox! They're great and have an awesome HubSpot integration (and great support). Plus, if you're a HubSpot user you get a discount I believe.

Stephanie Baiocchi Follow Up: I just ran my first list through. Do you only send to emails that are Deliverable, or do you send to Risky as well? I have a high number of risky emails and wondering if I should cut them loose, or give it a shot. I don't want to get quarantined. :-)

Hey  Alyssa O'Mara great question! In those cases, it's really a judgement call. Here's some guidance on why emails might be marked as "risky." With a list as small as yours, you may want to just look through the risky list and pull out any emails you know are valid (like clients) and toss the rest: https://docs.kickbox.com/docs/terminology

If you need another vote for Kickbox, you've got one from me! Easy to use, great integrations like Stephanie mentioned AND their customer support was awesome! Happy emailing. :)

I use Zerobounce. It is relatively cheap and formats them into different categories. I don't have integration, but it is easy enough to export/import.

Here is a biased article by Zerobounce comparing the two. Take it with a grain of salt as it is biased.
