Jimmy Beasley good first run at this! A couple of things I noticed that I'd love to hear in an updated draft:

1. You started and own your own business, I'd love to know more about why this industry was something you were passionate about because at the end of the day, I want to learn more about what it may be like working with you. You mention your passions for helping others, dive into that and how you felt you could do more to support people in different industries. 

2. At the end, I'd love to see something actionable like "I can't wait to chat with you soon". Doesn't have to be that specifically, but the idea being that they leave with a next step.

Connor DeLaney , To answer this part of question, I'd love to know more about why this industry was something you were passionate about" the best way I can answer, well at the age of 29 was trying to decide what to do with my life, and I decided to go to college for 61/2 years at the University of Phoenix and earned two degrees, and I did it with no support from the family.  There is another reason, but it is sentimental meaning that I don't disclose on here. That I hold dear to my heart.

Connor DeLaney   and the rest of the team, well sadly, the cheap vlog kit I got from amazon broke so I can't use it to keep updating my bio video based off the feedback. This means I will have to use my external website in my office that is in the living room.

Jimmy Beasley  I would say having an outline of what questions you want to answer is helpful so you stay on topic and don't wander, but I enjoyed the conversational tone you had in this first run! As for how long it is, I'd say it's better to have more and then cut it down. Focus on answering the questions you write out effectively then some simple cutting and editing afterwards can make it feel polished and the perfect length!

Connor DeLaney Stephanie Baiocchi Liz Moorehead Steve Hoffer Bob Ruffolo , I should have started this by but I didn't and I apologize, so I am not sure how to explain this. I wish my family would help out financially because every time I ask they turn me down and they don't want to see me successful. I just had to get this off my chest. I have been a Lone Wolf in everything and it's been that way all my life. So I am grateful to be a part of this FAMILY, which has been so AMAZING and SUPPORTIVE. 

I would also like to add or say, I just can't help but be so passionate about my dream, it means everything to me. Especially since I have been in business for 10 years but still at ground zero but I will not give up.

Connor DeLaney  , can you please provide an example so I understand the foundation of what to do with mine. Thank you for the positive feedback on the conversational tone in the first run. I am still working on improving that aspect of it, to make it more humanizing. So if I am understanding you correctly, go longer than 3 min and then cut it down using the descript tool.  Can you give me  starting point with those questions. And of course I have no experience in how to edit video.

  Jimmy Beasley , I second Connor's note about highlighting what it's like to work with you. I understand that sharing your favorite movie and cuisine is important for personality, but a lot of your personality is already being shown through your delivery of your lines so you can dedicate less time to that.

After you say my main advice is to never give up, you should follow up with an anecdote of your resiliency and how it relates to your business. How has your resiliency helped build up your business?

Your room is dark and you’re shooting towards windows. If you can, I would move your webcam so your body faces the windows. You’ll get better light. Try to also give yourself some more headroom as well and look directly into the camera. I would also not wear a hat, or anything with words or branding that isn't your own.

You should end with a strong CTA as Connor mentioned.

Great first attempt, I'm not a fan of being on camera (which is why I’m always behind it).

Sami Ahmad . I will try my best to cut some things out, but this is my first time, and was not sure how it was going to turn out and what to expect. I will try to follow up with anecdote and how it relates to my business.

There is nothing I can do about the lighting in my room, because I am in the living room and the lighting coming  from the lamps on the ceiling is very poor. And I was using a cheap vlog kit broke. This is why I prefer to do it the right way, and hire a videographer. I was using my cellphone.

As far as the hat. Bob Ruffolo , said it was okay simply because it is part of me makes me more comfortable and I have stuff with my brand.

I will try to come up with a  strong CTA, but that is something I can't figure out, without doing a survey.

Sounds good  Jimmy Beasley  if the hat has branding that can work. You might still be able to have a strong CTA once you decide what you want the next step to be. That can be filling out a form, subscribing to your learning center, etc. that can be your CTA. And don't worry, I didn't pick up any rudeness. Keep up the good work and keep sharing your videos :) it's a steep climb but worth every effort.

Sami Ahmad , I am just the type of man that believes in, if you really care about something and passionate about something to do it right, because by doing it right, it will pay off in the end. But now I am stuck between the script, lighting  and tools. I really don't want to put it off for right now because I will have nothing else to work on. I think the problem is i haven't had a real vacation in over 10 years and i need a real vacation . But for right now, just feel a little overwhelmed.  But the biggest thing, I have changed my CTA button so many times on my website I don't even know what a good CTA button, or where to start.

Great first shot, Jimmy! Agree with the other feedback already provided about lighting, clothing choices and CTA. Whenever I create videos, I usually end up using my 2nd or 3rd attempt. I think of my first try as a dry run and then try to be more concise and direct in my next one.
