I spent almost 20 years in HR and have spent the last 15 in marketing. I'm looking to pivot into working with mid-sized service-based businesses to implement TAYA strategies in their staffing/retention strategy and processes and I'd like to connect with anyone who is currently doing this or connect with HR folks who'd like to talk about how to use this approach to build your brand as an employer of choice. 

(I've been out of Impactplus for a few months for lots of reasons but am getting back in now thanks to  Stephanie Baiocchi  )

Stephanie Baiocchi yes I am (to a degree). I've read TAYA and loved it because it's the perfect match for my approach and overall POV.

Several months ago I had consumed some content here that talked about it...at least one video with Marcus....read the sales page for it. And (again...several months ago) I had a chat with Joe Rinaldi and that was one of the things we had talked about (briefly)...we discussed a wide-range of topics. 

After I first wrote this response I saw there's a webinar about the certifications so I signed up.
