We've been on Keap|Infusionsoft for 14+ years. Is it possible to accomplish what we need using that vs. switching to a new CRM like Hubspot? Our intent when we invested years ago was to avoid having to switch systems. Could anyone help on this?
We use it for campaigns, funnels and broadcasts mostly. We don't do lead scoring. We've not worked on that. We do lots of automations. We use Zapier a lot. After 14 years, we have our whole history with clients within there.
Gotcha, this is super helpful context, Gail Doby
! Lemme ask this... what makes you think about switching? Is there something that Keap is dropping the ball on or that you're looking to do more of with a tool like HubSpot?
We've had as many as 18K on the list in the earlier days, but we stopped [crazy] doing our best lead gen method 7 years ago. Reviving it this year. I can't even imagine making a switch.

what made you consider switching at all? Reading They Ask, You Answer? Also, I'm curious, you mentioned a lot of marketing - what does your sales team use to do their work?
We're interested in all of the analytics behind HubSpot. There's way more functionality than we currently have with Keep. We supplement with PipeDrive and Wicked Reports.
My instinct says you'd definitely be able to do what you need to with HubSpot, and hearing the specific use cases will help confirm :)
