My first choice is Roles, then Other (areas of Interest? For example, one of my passions is recruiting/staffing and I'm interested in figuring out how to spread the TAYA/digital marketing message to HR), then Regions.

That's interesting about the interpretation of titling. If you follow best practices/style guides they direct you to capitalize most words in titles. This means the first word, then any nouns, proper nouns, Adjectives, Adverbs, and Verbs. But by "style guides" I guess I'm referring to guides that tell you what to do according to American English and American publishing. I buy an updated style guide every couple of years and have at least two different types. You raise an interesting point though because someone from another culture may read your blog and judge you as "wrong" when it's a style you consciously choose.

I feel this one! I have a rule that I always remove something from the service if I am discounting.I don't know if that is possible for you but maybe that is something to work on in terms of the offer?People get that they are paying less and getting less even if I know that their ultimate service will be comparable to those on full price.

Google recently announced it is changing one of its three Core Web Vitals metrics.  The Core Web Vitals report, commonly found in Google Search Console, measures how quickly site content loads and renders in a web browser, and how well it responds to user interaction. It's important because it shows how well (or not) your site shows up in search.*Previously, Core Web Vitals looked at: Largest Contentful Paint (LCP): how quickly your page loads. First Input Delay (FID): how users interact with your website, and how long it takes to respond to those interactions. Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS): visual stability/layout shift. The metric that's changing? FID. Google felt the responsiveness metric had limitations and wanted to come up with something better. Enter Interaction to Next Paint (INP).Here's the geeky lowdown on the new measurement: INP is a metric that assesses a page's overall responsiveness to user interactions by observing the latency of all click, tap, and keyboard interactions that occur throughout the lifespan of a user's visit to a page. The final INP value is the longest interaction observed, ignoring outliers.According to Chrome Developer Relations (yeah, that's a thing), "Chrome usage data shows that 90% of a user's time on a page is spent after it loads, Thus, careful measurement of responsiveness throughout the page lifecycle is important."And that's exactly what INP measures.  Google will stop showing FID and start displaying INP scores in March of 2024.  *Google is quick to note that good stats within the Core Web Vitals report in Search Console or third-party Core Web Vitals reports don't guarantee good rankings, so I feel obligated to mention that as well. Does that mean you can shrug off Core Vitals? Nope. Google is saying that to cover its butt so no one can complain, "I got a perfect score but am not showing up first in search!" It's not a 1:1 correlation, but it still matters.
