It's already August?! What's 1 thing you're focusing on as we hit the middle of Q3?

Can you believe it? We're almost halfway through Q3 2021.

With that in mind, what's one thing that you're focusing on as we approach the downhill slide into Q4 or the end game of 2021?

Consider this as a save point/check point where you can pause and define that focus if the fact that we're 3/4 through the year was a rude awakening.

My major focus for the rest of Q3 is doubling down on my education. Courses, certifications, talks, seminars - I'm digging deep into them again because I personally saw great benefits the last time I put education on the front burner.

What's yours?

With World Certification Week currently happening, your focus seems right on the mark Adam Stahl !

Mine is definitely around data management and structure to allow our team to be more actionable across all aspects of the organization. Not only educating myself on the power of or best practices with data, but also learning the tools and software we use more intentionally.

Alyssa O'Mara , Dale Pease Keven Ellison , Jay Rossi , Jim Schultz , Phil Switzer , Tony Paille , Lex Russell , Mary Steffl , Kaitlyn Pintarich , how about you all?

Connor DeLaney  you are going to  C R U S H  that goal and I can only fathom all of the benefits that are going to come out of it for you, your team, and your end users. I'm sure that's going to carry some awesome momentum into 2022 as well!

I love that you brought up World Certification Week as that's specifically been my push this week into my overall goal/focus. 😎

That sounds like a great endeavor, Adam! For me, it's all about revisiting those priorities I established at the beginning of the year and coming up with a game plan for accomplishing what's left.

I want to end the year having completed everything I set out to do, but I've gotten a bit off track. This quarter is crucial to catching up.

Tony Paille  that's awesome that you're taking that step back to revisit your remaining 2021 goals and strategize how best to conquer them before the year is done.

✨ Kudos also in that you said "remaining" meaning that you've already hit some of those goals!

We're repackaging a couple of our products into a new subscription-based offering called AIIM+. It's suspiciously similar to IMPACT+, but on a completely different topic. Halfway through the development, we realized we need a more modern LMS to support it. So, 1) implement new LMS and 2) launch AIIM+. :)

Funny you should mention that.. I am all about reporting these days. Trying to dig deeper into HubSpot reporting and Google Analytics, Tag Manager (events), and Data Studio. I'm learning more about storytelling with data rather than dumping numbers. The Tag Manager piece has been challenging, but what's life without challenges!

Tag Manager is definitely complex! I don't know if you have checked this out yet, but  Kevin Phillips put out a course on using Google Suite tools that could be valuable  Alyssa O'Mara !

Thanks Connor. I also purchased this course: https://www.analyticsmania.com/courses/. He is quite detailed and has helped me with a specific problem I was having. That is a step above courses where you buy them and then never hear from them again.

If "storytelling with data" was a song, it'd be at the top of my most played playlist. Music to my ears 🎶

Great undertaking  Alyssa O'Mara  and sounds like that will yield some phenomenal results!

Yes! Learning as much as I can in Q3 and prepping some larger plans for 2022 to further align/combine marketing and sales. We've had a banner year and I'm excited to keep the momentum!
