I love a good segmented list! Sending the right email, to the right group of people at the right time is a beautiful thing. HubSpot lists help you do this better AND now, with a few updates to the list tool in your HubSpot portal, you can be a list pro in no time. Got an active list that is no longer "active"? For example: a form that no longer exists or has been adjusted on your landing page. You still want to keep the list, but it doesn't need to be active. Convert it back to a static list. Do this in the actions menu. View full-sizeDownload Have a great column set up for one of your lists and want to see it for all your lists? This little "tucked away" checkbox will save you time by applying your column set up to all your lists. Do this in the actions menu by selecting Edit columns. Once you have your set up complete, check the box before saving. View full-sizeDownload

Are you onboarding your team to HubSpot? Save yourself time and be at peace knowing that everyone on their respective teams has the same setup by using HubSpot's Presets and Notification Profiles. These features in HubSpot are now live in Public Beta - you will need to opt into them. Here is how to opt into public betas: 1. Go to your account menu and in the drop down, select product updates. 2. In the left side menu, under Early Access, select Betas. 3. Find the correct beta you wish to enroll in and click Join Beta. How will HubSpot presets and notification profiles save me time? Rather than setting up individual accounts for each team member, set up one preset for the entire team. Once you have the sales team preset completed, set up the marketing team presets. Once all the presets are set up, assign them when inviting everyone into HubSpot. HubSpot allows you may set up presets for: Default Homepage (Companies, Dashboards, Contacts, Email etc.) Default Dashboard Language Date and Number Format Email Signature Notifications How will this give me peace of mind?Everyone on each team will have the same set up, based on the preset you created. This ensures that everyone will be using HubSpot in the same way. One caveat: users can update and change their personal, permission based settings, at any time. In my experience, new HubSpot users want to get the basics down before customizing their experience and settings. You should be good for at least the first year. Example use case: how I would use this HubSpot timesaving superpower for the sales team.Default Homepage: Set to a personal dashboard, private to the respective BDR.Default Dashboard: See above. Email Signature: To ensure brand identity and consistency, I would create and upload into HubSpot the correct email signature.Permissions: I would make sure each BDR could see and edit only the contacts they own or have been assigned to them. Notifications: I would also ensure each BDR is notified when a contact they own revisits our website. What presets would you use for your teams? Let me know in the comments.

One of the best ways to get a good understanding of how a HubSpot form on your website is performing is by checking out the form step completion report. This report is kind of hidden on the form's performance page and can offer some extremely valuable data on your forms. It answers these questions: How many people who land on a page with my form are seeing the form How many start interacting with the form How many complete the form Based on the metrics, you can start seeing where the drop-off might be with your forms. For example, if you aren't getting a ton of submissions on your contact us form, you can see if the issue is people just don't see the form, or if they see it, and don't interact. That can help you decide whether you should change the location of the form, or the content around it. Below is an example of one of these reports. Step Completion Report in HubSpot View full-sizeDownload Because the titles are cut off, the categories are: Page visits (how many people visited a page the form is on) Visible on screen (how many people that visited saw the form) Interacted with form (clicked into the fields or started filling it out) Submitted (how many ended up submitting the form) If you haven't already seen this report, head on over to marketing > lead capture > forms > click on the form title > scroll to the form step completion report

Jessica Palmeri - yes, Christmas is a magical time of year. I like to think it was our IMPACT-HubSpot Product meeting that helped move this one along! 😉

HubSpot non-admins can now view, copy, share and even clone team members meeting links without requesting permission from a Super Admin. If you are a HubSpot Admin, you can now grant permission to allow users to create scheduling pages for other people. Go to Settings > Users and Teams > Select User > Sales Access > Create Scheduling Pages for others (turn this on). Here's a little demo from our pal Kyle Jepson, Senior Inbound Sales Professor at HubSpot.

Hey Alex, Organizations I've worked with have found success with AirCall and CallRail. AirCall is pretty popular for ease of use and quick integration while CallRail may take a little time to set up exactly how you want it to work. There are plenty of others out there on the HubSpot marketplace that vary in features and monthly price. Plus, there's always a few "unofficial" integrations that haven't made it to the HubSpot Marketplace just yet, but will still integrate. With a little research and possibly a few free trials, I'm sure you'll find something that will work best for you and your organization. Good luck!
