We all know that the *best* sales teams are meeting on a regular basis to answer two basic questions: 
  1. "Where are we at this month with our deals?" and 
  2. "Are we on track to hit our goals?" 
Clients ask me all the time how they can leverage their HubSpot Deals Board to facilitate these weekly sales team meetings, so I've created this 7.5-minute walkthrough video on how to configure our deals board view for the best results:

TL; DW Tips:
  1. Leverage those deal board filters!
  2. Edit your deal cards so that the *most* important information is easily visible 
  3. Create a system to color-code your board and mark your deals as low/medium/high priority  
  4. Customize your "About Deal" record section to include properties like "last contacted," "last activity date," and "next activity date"
