This may be a silly one, however, it happens to the best of us. If you are logged out of IMPACT+, go to this login link and click Forgot your password? Then just follow the instructions!If you are logged into IMPACT+, navigate to the top right-hand corner > click your name > select Profile and Password > Scroll down to Settings & Password > All set! What's the first thing you dove into when you joined...Post
I was thinking that we could get stories and suggestions from users that have been here a while as well as commentary from newer users about what they're thinking of starting with. The hope and intention being that this could help guide newer users and give some direction with all the different awesome things you can do in IMPACT+!In my case, when I joined ThePACT IMPACT+ I dove right into the Online Trainings. I was already on a training and certification kick so it was a natural fit.I started with Marcus's intro course ("Fundamentals of They Ask, You Answer") and then moved on to courses that I thought could make an immediate impact in my work life which meant HubSpot courses from Carina and content courses from Liz.What did you start out with or what are you considering starting with?

[How To] - Managing your different IMPACT+ 'Teams'Post
IMPACT+ is a platform both for the individual and for the team!When you first create an IMPACT+ account, you will be added to your 'Personal Account' which is your personal team. This will be your default team until you add additional teams to your account! To manage your different teams, click on your name in the top right-hand corner and go to 'View All Your Teams'. View full-size Download Within that page will allow you to view the different teams you are on, manage team members of your existing teams, and even start a new team!
