Absolutely! -- How else will you know if your prospect is educated enough for your sales process?

Is this a number that HubSpot tracks automatically?

Nope! HubSpot doesn't actually capture/store the exact number of pages a prospect viewed prior to becoming an SQL (or Sales Qualified Lead) -- BUT there is a simple automation trick that you can set up to capture this information.

Yes! Good point  Nathan Dube  -- that's a great metric to track overtime as well. Just know that that's an ever-increasing number (so if your SQLs continue to educate themselves, that number may skew over time.)

this also assumes that your prospects are in the CRM before they raise their hand to talk to sales.

Nick Bennett  So true, the vast majority of our SQLs come from organic content and ads, while we do get a phone call occasionally without a form submission, I am usually able to identify the SQL with universal Google Analytics geo functionality.
