Until last year, virtual sales conversations were not a common occurrence for consumers nor was it a skill many sales professionals felt they needed to have. However, as it became more of a required reality, we were forced to adjust to keep up.

With that being said, what do you think the future of selling looks like?

Was the COVID-19 pandemic an accelerant to a virtual selling future for your organization or did it take you off the path?
