Dear IMPACT + Team,

The goal is looking for that tie-breaker. I have one week left on this. I have 4 votes on slow/sluggish computers; 3 on internet connectivity and 1 vote on data loss. 

Looking for Poll/Survey Help
I am doing a very important poll/survey and would appreciate it if I got some feedback on it.

Question:

What is the "1" Technology pain point that customers hate having to deal with all the time?

1.) slow/sluggish computer
2.) virus and malware infections
3.) outdated software
4.)internet connectivity
5.) printing problems
6.) data loss
7.) employee theft

I would vote #1 for most people I talk to (especially PC users unfortunately) and I'm not sure but I'd say if #2 is actually the cause of the slowness, people don't know that. So I vote #1

Connor DeLaney   Stephanie Baiocchi  , I decided to refine my one-liner. So the first thing I did was create this survey.  And looks like the winning vote is slow/sluggish computers. As a total of 10 people voted for number 1. So, this is what I have so far but I am stuck on the last part , on the part that you added to make it stronger. Most businesses invest in technical support but are stressed with the performance, or lack thereof.  JCS helps provide unique, customized solutions.  (Your Part-I think this is your part, running your organization and delivering results for your customers.) But I don't know how to add into the first two part, and make it insync and sound clear. Can you please help.
