Regardless of the type of work you do, I believe there’s a lot of room for coaching techniques and methods to help you bring out the best in your clients.

What do you believe will be the biggest challenge for you and your team in shifting your mindset from doing the work for your clients to becoming coaches that can effectively delegate the work back to the clients?

The sole purpose of coaching is for the coach to 'coach' the best out of a coachees, so I'd go as far as saying that any form of coaching that doesn't equate to a coachee being equipped to deliver upon their own strategic aims - is little more than service provision. Great question Chris!
