The HubSpot resubscribe process has been problematic for years and it seems like I'm not the only one who feels this way! If you agree, please upvote this HubSpot community forum post so they do something about it!

Having watched the IMPACT course on cleaning up data, I'd love to hear what others are doing. Of course, what lists you create will depend on your business, but I'm generally interested in different approaches.

Hi Hubspotters! I hope you are all so well.
I am looking for an easy way to track sales reach outs in the sales process before calling a deal "dead". Is there a way to pull this data in an easily trackable form?
Ex-
1) You filled out a form to connect with us- automatically creating a deal in our dash
2) Sales reaches out to you with no contact on first, second, third, and so on times.
3) Sales called deal dead and places in "Struck...

Has anyone figured out how to take the knowledge base it make it searchable using key terms.
i hired someone to do my hubspot site they ended up updating a lot of the code. However I can't remember who I used. I am trying to find a way to train my va team to be able to update this code and learn html on vidyard.Any suggestions for resources?

The biggest thing you need to know is that Starter tier for CMS Hub is only $25/month! This price, compared to the $400+/month for Professional or Enterprise tiers, makes CMS Hub significantly more accessible and viable for organizations.

Does anyone have any thoughts on Vidyard vs Vimeo? We are just starting our video journey and would probably start on basic plans for either. We don't like the Vidyard ad in the free version either. Hoping we don't have to have it if we pay for Pro. We just need a clean way for our sales team to send out videos to prospects, know if they at least started watching a video, and have the ability to trigger a workflow in HubSpot...

According to Kyle Jepson's post linked above, this is being rolled out today for all HubSpot portals and you should start seeing it really soon. Definitely looking forward to seeing this in our portal later today.If it's hit...


Holy moly there's a new HubSpot hub! A few things I'm excited about:
- Custom coded workflow actions (if you know JS, you could pretty much make HubSpot doanything)
- Better data syncing to other platforms

In order to stay with HubSpot long term I need to build out a referral partner portal for 250 partners. Then I need to build a customer portal for about a 1000 customers

Just finished doing new business commission reports for referral partners. However the system makes me do a separate report for renewal. Anybody know how to combine this
