HubSpot non-admins can now view, copy, share and even clone team members meeting links without requesting permission from a Super Admin.
If you are a HubSpot Admin, you can now grant permission to allow users to create scheduling pages for other people. Go to Settings > Users and Teams > Select User > Sales Access > Create Scheduling Pages for others (turn this on).

Hey HubSpot Community Thread!
We are new to HubSpot CRM and are looking for the best solution that will fit our Sales needs AND the rest of the business operations when it comes to VOIP Phone Service.
Does anyone have any recommendations that will allow a business to continue to use VOIP Desktop Phones (Polycom or other) while integrating with HubSpot? We are looking for options that are NOT Softphone only. Thanks so much!

HubSpot has been spending time making improvements on the HubDB experience which we are very excited about.
This update that is in public beta is being able to sort HubDB data by columns.
Users will be able to click on column headers of sortable columns types, and row data will sort ascending or descending.
Column sorts do not persist between table loads or for different users, and do no propogate to live website data. This is just a UI sort...

HubSpot just released an update that allows your developer to have the ability to add a description to a HubDB table column to make it easier for content creators to understand how to use a column.
This is exciting as a developer for when you have a table that has quite a few columns to be able to add directly in the column what it is used for instead of creating a cheatsheet on the side.Who else is pumped for this update?

I am not sure if this is just me, but I 100% believe that the campaigns tool in HubSpot is underrated, and needs to be talked about more. Below is a video where I talk about:

Hi - I'm wondering if anyone has an answer for creating a customer portal in HubSpot. I understand it would be a custom build but is the functionality even available in HubSpot. They would need to be able to create a login, have an account overview page, and a dashboard type page.

Our sales team is pretty wedded to SF as our CRM, but my team uses HS for marketing. I have always used one platform from the same company, so the data stays clean.
