We're a new 'start up' Velvet Platform and of course, we're going to start an email newsletter - that is all sorted.

I am the COO and 'champion and voice of the company.'

My idea was the weekly email newsletter would come from an email with my name eg bernie@companyname or bjm@compnayname.

Not for my ego, but to get a personal connection with people.

I've been emailing people non-stop for over a decade on email newsletters and unless I'm doing it for someone else I always my name in the email address.

The process The email newsletter will get sent from HubSpot and then I'd be able to ask people to hit reply.

We've been struggling to measure the performance of all the great content we're developing. I have 2 questions:

1. I'm curious to hear what others are currently tracking and measuring!
2. We're using HubSpot, and we have content in our blog (in both English and French), as well as longer form content built in web pages and landing pages (case studies, ultimate guides). This may be a rookie question, but does anyone know how we can build reporting across the blog + web pages + landing pages to identify the best performing pieces? I know there's reporting available for the top performing blog articles, but we want to capture metrics from our landing pages and web pages too. Being able to define the value of every interaction from prospect to customer with a hard dollar amount... Priceless if you ask me. This is a game-changer IMO. What is the value in dollars of a phone call? A blog view? An email? well, now you can answer those questions with precision.

Today Wix and Google announced they'll be partnering up to create an integration directly within the platform. This seems like a fantastic opportunity for individuals and small business owners using Wix to manage their websites in order to be more apparent in Google search performance as well as managing things such as Maps and reviews.

It will also create an integrated experience for dashboards and data collection, including views on GMB, search performance, and CTAs from a GMD page such as phone number, website, and directions to a location.

This seems like a big deal for Wix website users, what are your thoughts? Does this make Wix more desirable or still sticking with other website platforms? See More

In this article from Forbes, we learn the secret truths about the data popular internet browser Google Chrome is collecting about you.

This article has sparked some difficult conversations about the need and usage of our data online. In comparison to other browsers such as Safari or Edge, Chrome is definitely walking a fine line that is dangerously close to going the wrong way from a collection and usage standpoint.

Overall, it's clear that Chrome is collecting much more data about YOU than it needs to be functional. The real question I'd ask is if we care to know and act vs accepting the ease of use it provides. Mix opinions all around, so let us know your thoughts!

Is anyone using more than one HubSpot pipeline? We have three pipelines and now have a need to have different default fields for one of them. It doesn't look like it's possible.
